Silverline Forge Environmental Services is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for recycling loads, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 186 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for recycling loads. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with fleet maintenance. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
