Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Toledo, OH)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Fern Care Services and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for visit scheduling. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with licensing. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
