Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Seattle, WA)

Ironwood Field Financial Group is a financial-services company in Seattle, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of about 324 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for vendor spend. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory reports. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
