Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Drift Transit Planning and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for fare systems. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
