Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Seattle, WA)

Redstone Bridge Energy is an energy provider in Seattle focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for billing disputes. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with meter readings. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
