Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Pike Pharma and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for cleanroom operations. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with release testing. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
