Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Seattle, WA)

Rivermark Cedar Banking Services Holdings is a regional lender in Seattle with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for fraud alerts. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with branch operations. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
