Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Seattle, WA)

Nova Willow Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Seattle. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for claims. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with underwriting files. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
