Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Seattle, WA)

Fernwood Quill Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Seattle. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for usage data. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with meter readings. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
