Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Northwind Stone Care Services and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for licensing. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
