Summit Corner Construction Group is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for change orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for change orders. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with safety records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
