Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Savannah, GA)

Westbrook Fox Insurance is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for customer complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for customer complaints. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with underwriting files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
