Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (San Diego, CA)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Lakeside Environmental Services and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for collection routes. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with recycling loads. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
