Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (San Diego, CA)

Greenridge Timber Construction delivers building projects for owners across the San Diego region, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for change orders. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with materials orders. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
