Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (San Antonio, TX)

Bright Beacon Financial serves customers across San Antonio with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for customer onboarding. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with loan applications. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
