Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Sacramento, CA)

Nova Corner Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Sacramento, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for materials orders. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with subcontractor invoices. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
