Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Sacramento, CA)

Westbrook Lakeside Transit Planning Group helps transport agencies around Sacramento design routes and schedules, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for route schedules. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
