Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Rochester, NY)

Amberfield Cedar Environmental Services Group collects and processes waste and recycling around Rochester. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 165 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for weigh tickets. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with service complaints. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
