Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Rochester, NY)

Foxglove Forge Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Rochester, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for network equipment. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with customer tickets. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
