Silverline Union Civic Services is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for procurement, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for procurement. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with public records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
