Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Rochester, NY)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Corner Medical and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 81 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for regulatory submissions. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with training materials. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
