Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Rochester, NY)

Northwind West Transit Planning is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for service alerts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for service alerts. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
