Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Richmond, VA)

Northwind Forge Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Richmond, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for weigh tickets. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with recycling loads. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
