Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Reno, NV)

Bluepeak Ashton Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Reno serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for loan files. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with branch operations. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
