Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Reno, NV)

Stonegate Forge Foods is a Reno food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for production batches. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
