Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Thistle Medical Partners and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for regulatory submissions. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with clinical evaluations. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
