Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Ashton Inspection Services and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for equipment calibration. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
