Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Redstone Meridian Health Group is a healthcare provider in Oklahoma City with clinics and support teams, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for referrals. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
