Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Juniper Banking Services and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for deposit accounts. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with card disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
