Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Quarry Energy and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for billing disputes. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with hardship programmes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
