Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Westbrook Linden Health Group is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for referrals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for referrals. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with patient scheduling. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
