Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Bright Meridian Care Services provides in-home and community support in Salt Lake City. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for care plans. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
