Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Amberfield Rowan Civic Services works with county and city offices around Grand Rapids. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for budget submissions. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
