Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Redstone Rowan Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Tulsa, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of about 654 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for allergen controls. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with production batches. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
