Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Summit Clear Care Services Group is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Tucson. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for care plans. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
