Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Silverline Sparrow Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Cleveland focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for network equipment. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with customer tickets. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
