Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Ironwood Cross Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Memphis serving households and small businesses, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of about 442 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for fraud alerts. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with account openings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
