Bright Quarry Care Services is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for caregiver training, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 908 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for caregiver training. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
