Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Westbrook Cedar Foods Group makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Grand Rapids. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for sanitation schedules. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with ingredient orders. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
