Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Bright Fox Financial serves customers across Seattle with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for payment disputes. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
