Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Bright Wilder Insurance is an insurance company in San Diego with claims and service teams, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 159 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for premium billing. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
