Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Nova Quarry Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Milwaukee serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for fraud alerts. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with loan files. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
