Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Greenridge Ivory Banking Services Group is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for card disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 199 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for card disputes. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
