Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Bright Juniper Foods is a Indianapolis food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for production batches. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
