Lumen North Insurance Group is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for policy renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for policy renewals. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints. • Certification in compliance or audit.
