Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Clearpath Sable Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Grand Rapids, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for billing accounts. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with water quality. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
