Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Foxglove Nest Financial Group is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for account servicing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for account servicing. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with loan applications. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
