Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Bright Quill Banking Services Group provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Hartford, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for deposit accounts. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with account openings. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
