Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Foxglove Wilder Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Austin. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for clinical evaluations. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
