Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Fern Energy Group and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for outage response. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with hardship programmes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
